Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of experience across various industries. He has worked across a wide range of industries from manufacturing to trading, transportation and retail. He has assumed senior finance positions and has extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies, negotiating with banks for finance and process management.
He leads the business advisory and outsourcing business in the firm. Ajay is also a qualified Cost & Works Accountant and is a CFA Level II candidate.

Chartered Accountant with 25+ years of experience across various industries. He has had extensive experience of working in industries like banking and financial services, shipping, travel and retail. He started his career in India post qualification and spent couple of years in Nigeria before settling in Dubai. He has worked with global leaders such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, Maersk Sealand and the Emirates Group.
He leads the outsourcing business in the firm and specialises in company incorporations. Manish is also qualified as a Cost & Works Accountant and a Company Secretary.

Chartered Accountant with extensive accounting and audit experience in UAE.
He brings with him a rich experience on management accounting, VAT advisory, financial reporting and statutory audits. He supports clients on their financial accounting and reporting requirements and for audit and tax compliances.
He has been with the firm for over 6 years and is working across different industries ranging from real estate leasing to hospitality, trading and distribution.
He supports clients on all financial reporting requirements, cash flow management and manages end-to-end accounting.
Chartered Accountant with experience of working with audit firms in India and UAE.
He supports clients on their financial accounting and reporting requirements besides VAT compliance.
She has recently joined the firm and supports clients on all financial reporting and manages end-to-end accounting requirements.
He is a recent addition to the accounting team and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, reporting, VAT compliance for all clients.
She heads the business for incorporation of companies across UAE mainland, free zones and offshore jurisdictions. She also looks after renewals and compliances to ensure clients are upto date with all developments on the regulatory front.
Recent addition to the team, she supports the corporate services function and is also the administrative support for the firm.
